WHAT CYPHER CAN DO
Cypher is able to do multiple commands ranging from fun commands, to music commands, to even NSFW commands. All NSFW commands will be restricted to NSFW channels only of course. Cypher has over 50 commands available to everyone, and over 10 commands for premium users.
