Lets each user choose their preferred response language The choice is saved per Discord user ID, so it’s remembered across sessions. Default is English.

Lists every available command, with descriptions.
/credits
Shows who made the bot (developer, version, special thanks).
/donate
Shows a list of donation links.
/export
Generates and sends a plain text file (players_only_complaints.txt) listing every player tag that has at least 1 complaint and zero praises — one tag per line.
