Assemble automates finding the best time for your Discord community’s recurring or one-off events. Instead of chasing everyone for their availability in DMs or running a manual poll, Assemble posts an availability prompt, collects every response automatically, decides the best time using a real voting method, and creates a native Discord Scheduled Event for it — all without anyone lifting a finger after setup.
How it works- Pick a channel and how often the event repeats.
- Choose how the group decides: Majority (simplest — “I’m free” / “I’m out”), Approval (approve as many candidate times as work), or Instant Runoff (full ranked-choice voting for when opinions are split).
