Adjustable parameters with encouraged use of emotes as moderation command tools - use a :banhammer: as a way to ban a user from your server

Currently in progress - Migrating from a single-server bot to a fully fledged moderation bot

Robust logging of admin commands with things such as: User Moderated, Reason, Type of moderation, Context and a Link to the issued command
