Upvote Bats' Butler

Allows you to request:
-Movies
-TV Shows

Does:
-Notifies when a requested Movie/Shows is added.
-Notifies if the requested Movie/Show is already available.
-Indexes IMDB and TVDB databases to browse.

Sends requests to Radarr and Sonarr to be processed and if the request is successfull; later to be added to Batflix library on Plex.
