How do I set up bundle notifications?

Run /bundle and select a currency/region, then pick a text channel from the dropdown menu. Bundle Bot will instantly show you all currently active bundles, and will automatically post new ones as they drop - checked every 45 minutes.

What permissions does the bot need?

Bundle Bot needs View Channel and Send Messages permissions on the channel used for /bundle notifications. For /pricealert, it needs to be able to send you a direct message - make sure your DMs are open to server members if you want to receive alerts.

How does /pricealert work?

Run /pricealert with a game name. Bundle Bot will track that game’s price and send you a direct message the moment it hits its all-time low, based on data from GG.deals. Use /myalerts to see your active alerts, or /removealert to cancel one.

Why can't I find a specific game with /price?

Bundle Bot searches Steam’s store to match your game title. Try entering the exact title as it appears on Steam - some abbreviations or alternate names may not return a match.

I set up /bundle but nothing showed up. What's wrong?

Double-check that Bundle Bot has View Channel and Send Messages permissions on the selected channel. If permissions are missing, the bot will tell you immediately when you try to configure it.

Is my data safe?

We only store the minimum data needed to run each feature (your Discord ID, tracked game titles, and channel/server IDs for configuration). We never sell or share your data.

Can I remove a price alert?

Yes, use /removealert and enter the game title exactly as shown in /myalerts. The alert will be deleted immediately.
