Every warning, timeout, kick and ban gets a number and a card in the mod log, with buttons to edit the reason or undo it. The person gets a message with the reason, before kicks and bans. Bans, kicks and timeouts made directly in Discord or by AutoMod become cases too. /cases and /userinfo show a member’s history at a glance: account age (new accounts are flagged), roles, active timeout and every case.

After 3 active warnings comes a one-hour timeout, after 5 a one-day timeout. Set the steps and durations yourself; warnings count for 30 days. Reason templates with action and duration (“Spam · 1 hour”) appear in the autocomplete of every moderation command.

ByteGuard sets up Discord’s own AutoMod: insults and offensive content, invites to other servers, links, mass mentions, spam, your own word list and names. The Relaxed, Standard and Strict profiles do it in one go, with a preview of what changes. Members who keep tripping it can get a timeout automatically.

If an account posts in several channels within seconds, ByteGuard deletes the messages, times it out and explains by DM how to secure the account. Detected by who posts where and when, never by the content. Optional bait channel.

Right-click a message or a member → Apps → Report message / Report user. The report lands with your team, with buttons to delete the message, warn, time out, resolve or dismiss. The reported person doesn’t learn who it was.

The ban message has an Appeal button. Your team decides in the mod log or the dashboard, and the person is told the outcome.

Who changes roles, channels, permissions, invites or the server shows up in a channel of its own, plus joins and leaves with account age. Dangerous changes like new admin rights, lower verification or 2FA turned off are in red at the top. The entries come from Discord’s audit log; nothing is stored.

During a raid, /lockdown pauses invites, locks the open channels and ends by itself. If Discord detects a raid, a warning with a button lands in the mod log.

Greetings in a channel and by DM, auto roles after rules screening and role menus with buttons or a select. Plus /purge (up to 1000 messages, or only from one person, only bots or only humans), /slowmode and /lock for calm channels.
