Upvote CarryRep D4

**CarryRep** gives boosters / carry providers a reputation that follows them across servers.

**Boosters:** `/register` once, then post your card anywhere with `/myrep`.
**Buyers:** check a booster with `/rep @user` before paying; leave a 1–5★ review after with `/vouch @user` or the **Review** button on any card.
**Server admins:** `/panel` posts a button panel; `/stats` shows activity.

Reviews from every server using the bot are combined, so a booster's rating travels with them.

**Anti-abuse:** registered boosters only · one review per buyer · no self-reviews · reviewer accounts ≥ 30 days old · daily review limit.
**Privacy:** no message reading, no DMs, no privileged intents. `/deletemydata` erases everything.

Works as a server app or a user app (add it to your account and use `/myrep` in any server that allows external apps).
