Nicknames that update. Roles that land. Bans that stick.

CheckRo checks that a member really owns the Roblox account they name, then gives them your verified role and a nickname from your template.

How verifying works
  1. A member runs /verify and gets a private link only they can see.
  2. They sign in with Roblox on CheckRo’s page. CheckRo asks Roblox for the account’s user id and public profile, and nothing more.
  3. The verified role and nickname land. If sign-in is not an option for them, a short word code on their Roblox profile does the same job.
What makes it different
  • One Roblox account, one Discord link. A Roblox account holds exactly one Discord link at a time.
  • Bans that stick. With ban evasion on (the default for new servers), a Roblox account banned from your server cannot come back on a new Discord account and pick up your roles.
  • Every flag has a reason. Staff get a note on each new link, in plain words, not a mystery score.
  • Every flag can be appealed. Members run /appeal, and a real person on your team makes the call.
Staff controls

Staff with Manage Server run everything.

  • /checkro setup walks you through the verified role, channels and welcome card.
  • /checkro review and /checkro decide work the flag queue. /checkro appeals answers appeals.
  • /checkro config sets nickname templates, the welcome note, logging and ban evasion.
  • /checkro banlist and /checkro unban run your server’s own ban list. No list is shared between servers.
  • /checkro grouplock ties the verified role to a Roblox group.
  • /checkro sweep gives every verified member their role and nickname in one go.
Free, and it stays free

Verification, the one account lock, risk notes, appeals, nickname templates, one group lock, your ban list, a sweep every 7 days and welcome cards. Premium (US$1.99 a month per server, bought inside Discord) adds extras for busy servers, never safety.

Privacy

No device fingerprinting. CheckRo identifies a player by their Roblox user id and nothing else.
