What does this bot do?

Cynthia is a music bot; thusly its main feature is to play music from the web (Currently only supports YouTube links), via a Discord voice channel.
How do I use this bot?To view all of Cynthia’s commands, type “help%” in a guild with the bot; for information on a specific command do “help% [command]”. The command structure is the following: “command% arguments”, so before the percent sign you put the command name, and after the percent sign any arguments for the command to use.
