ERM is a bot mainly focused on roleplay communities where they need to log moderative actions towards those in their player base. Currently, it uses Roblox as a primary platform, but it will support FiveM and other roleplay communities in the future.
Not only that, but ERM also stores data for shift management, so that it’s easier to know when a particular staff member has been online and how long they have, to assist in the management of staff within these communities.
It changes how we do things to another level. It includes commands in 1 primary way; slash commands, also known as application commands. Making it easier than ever for staff to do their job was what manual shift and punishment logging aimed to do, and now with ERM, it makes it even easier for both staff, and leadership. Not only that, it simplifies most of the everyday work of a staff member, making it faster, and easier to understand what to do as part of a moderation team.
For leadership, there are commands that improve general usability and customisation. Stuff like “brand name”, “footer text” and “colour” customises your embeds to a new level. No longer is there a need for redundant workarounds or fixes days late, because ERM is near perfect when it comes to error handling and making it easy to understand for those uninformed. This is ERM, the next generation of Staff Management.
It uses Discord Interactions, Application Commands, and Context Menus to make it as easy as possible to assist in the staff, moderation, administration, and leadership fields, and ERM does everything in its power to improve the whole of the roleplay community on a mass scale.
