Etourne aims to make the process of creating and managing events and tournaments much easier with simple commands and buttons (as well as web app which is in works).
Use /getstarted command to get started with using the bot.
1 - Create Event (/createevent): This feature allows you to create event with:
• Event name
• Game name
• Event description
• Event date and time in timestamp format
• Player registration and unregistraton
• Set players limit
2 - Create Team Event (/createteamevent): This feature allows you to create team event with:
• Event name
• Game name
• Event description
• Event date and time in timestamp format
• Set teams and team players limit
Players can create their own team with:
• Team name
• Team short description
Etourne has 3 roles which can be set using /setuserrole command:
• Player: Default role of every user in the sever to register for any event and create teams.
• Manager: Event manager with the permission to create and manage events, teams and players.
• Admin: Admin with all the privileges of manager and player with additional permisson which is /setuserrole. User who adds the bot gets this role by default.
