All three of these permissions are all the bot needs, and is only needed in the channel the bot will be logging to.
Bot Commands:
…Set - Set the channel you want the images to be logged to.
…Ignore - Use this command in channels you don’t want the bot to log images from.
…Settings - See what the current channel settings are. Shows log channel, and ignored channels.
…Invite - The bot will DM you a bot invite link.
