How it works
Reply to someone’s message with a kill GIF to time them out (90s).
Reply to a timed-out user’s message with a save GIF to free them early.
If the target replies with a kill GIF within 5 seconds, a Clash happens — whoever has more clash tickets wins.
Access & Cooldowns
Default role to use GIFs: @Bum
Default cooldown: 36.0h
Role-specific cooldowns are configured per server.
Binding Vows
Destruction Vow — Kill CDs ×3
Healing Vow — Cannot kill / Save CDs ÷50
Hakari Vow — Kill GIFs: 36% mute target 4m11s / 64% mute yourself 90s
Stack Vow — Kill & save CDs ×2, but bank up to 3 uses of each independently
