Move the circles to match a [ROW] or [COL]umn of 3+ of the same color/type.
Trying to move a cell outside the board does nothing.
Moving a cell and having no matches on the board will revert back but count the move as used.
Matched circles are removed from the board and cells fall down to replace the slots. New random circles appear from the top of the board.
