Heimdall Commands

Here are the commands for Heimdall Bot:

• /set_monitored_channel channel - Set the channel to monitor for automatic muting
• /create_monitored_channel name - Create and configure a bait channel at the top of the server for automatic scam detection
• /set_alert_channel channel - Set the channel for mute alerts
• /set_alert_role role - Set a role to be mentioned when alerts are sent
• /dm_me_alerts - Toggle receiving DM alerts from this server
• /ignore_channel channel - Make the bot completely ignore a channel — no scanning, no actions
• /unignore_channel channel - Remove a channel from the ignore list, restoring normal bot scanning
• /status - Check bot configuration and status
• /remove_monitoring - Remove channel monitoring (disable the bot)
• /safe_mode - ⚠ DISABLES auto-mute/delete — bot sends alerts only. The bot is fully active by default.
• /check user - Check a user's account for suspicious indicators
• /unban_alerts enable channel - Opt into alerts when a user you banned is cleared by the recovery system
• /unban_alerts disable - Opt out of unban alert notifications
• /ban user reason scammer_type dm_user - Ban a user and delete their messages from the last 7 days
• /unban user_id reason - Unban a user by their user ID
• /softban user reason - Softban a user (ban then immediately unban to delete messages)
• /purge_user_messages user channels - Delete all messages from a user in the last 14 days
• /doghouse user duration reason - Put a user in the doghouse - auto-deletes their messages for 24 hours
• /undoghouse user - Remove a user from the doghouse
• /clearthreat user reason - Reset a member's threat profile — wipes risk indicators without disabling monitoring
• /clearserverthreat reason - Reset every member's threat profile in this server — wipes all risk scores and incident history
• /massban user_ids reason scammer_type - Ban up to 25 users at once by their IDs (comma-separated)
• /kick user reason scammer_type dm_user - Kick a user from the server
• /botstats - Show live protection stats for this bot
• /serverstats - Show message scanning stats for this server
• /help - Show how to set up and use this bot
• /donate - Support the development of this bot
• /bug_testers - Show a thank-you to everyone who helped test Heimdall.
• /manualflag user note - Flag a user for 90-day outcome tracking (no detection impact)
• /activitystats period - Show cross-server daily activity trends to spot scam-wave patterns.
• /server_audit - Review your server configuration for gaps that scam bots tend to look for.
• /set_challenge_channel channel - Set the challenge channel for new-member verification. Run without a channel to disable.
• /pass_challenge member - Manually pass a member through their active verification challenge.
• /issue_challenge member - Manually issue a verification challenge to any member.
• /lenient_roles add role - Mark a role as lenient — new members may ping it up to N times before a mute (max 5)
• /lenient_roles remove role - Remove a role from the lenient list (reverts to immediate mute on first offence)
• /lenient_roles list - Show the current lenient roles and rate-limit settings
• /lenient_roles threshold count - Set how many pings within the window trigger a mute (default: 3)
