LithHQ runs the admin side of a Classic World guild inside Discord. Every command opens a private panel of buttons, menus and short forms, so there are no options to type.
Roster: members add their IGN, level, class and job with /register, and add alts with a button. /roster shows the whole guild.
Runs and bosses: post Kerning PQ, Moon Bunny PQ, field boss runs or custom events with /run. Players pick Going, Maybe or Bench. Party caps, a bench queue and class balance are built in, and completed runs save attendance.
Party finder: /lfg works in any server, pings the whole party when it fills, and closes posts after 2 hours.
Reminders: run reminders by DM, and daily and weekly reset reminders in your announcement channel. Each player sees times in their own timezone.
Onboarding and recruiting: /welcome gives new members a member role and a class role. /apply sends applications to officers with Accept and Reject buttons. You choose which roles can create runs or manage members.
Getting started: invite the bot, run /setup, then /welcome, then /run. Type /help any time.
Pricing: free with every feature for up to 30 roster members (alts don’t count). Premium is $4.99 a month per server, removes the roster limit, and you subscribe or cancel in Discord with /premium.
Privacy: LithHQ stores Discord user ids and what players type into it. It does not read messages, member lists or presence, and it never connects to or automates the game. /delete-my-data removes your data.
