The bot has two counting mode, one for training (Ahh Counting) and one for counting in prime number :

You can set “counting requirements” for the 4 previous bot as well, and define a role the bot will give to user who match the requirements :

The bot can send a warning message with a embed button to lock the room when a guild/channel/server save is used, you can custom the message and chose which channel to watch :

If you have the bot @InfiniteCounting in your server, he can add reactions to the numbers, ;r off/on to toggle them :

The bot has quite a lot of Leaderboards, global or serverwide, for user and highscores for example, you can for example see your server and global counts ranking with :
