Upvote MailBox

You’re in luck! MailBox is one of the few ModMail bots available that don’t require you to self host! With an easy setup process, you will be ready to receive and start handling threads in no time!

After you invite MailBox to your server, you will want to run -setup to view the current setup process. You will need to be a server Administrator in order to run any setup commands.

When a server has been fully configured by an Administrator, it will show up on a list whenever a user in that server messages MailBox. Threads can be opened inside of MailBox’s DMs with -open [serverID]

-ping - Returns MailBox response time

-setup - Displays the current setup progress

-setcategory [categoryID] - Sets ModMail thread category

-addrole [role] - Adds a ModMail access role

-reply [message] - Sends a reply inside of ModMail thread

-close [time] - Closes the thread after provided time limit

MailBox does not require Administrator permissions, but it is highly recommended to keep things running smoothly.
