Why isn't the bot playing my Spotify link?

Spotify links require the bot to resolve the track through its audio sources. Make sure you’re pasting a valid Spotify track, album, or playlist URL. If it still fails, try searching by song name instead — the bot will find the same track automatically.

Why is the bot silent after joining my voice channel?

This usually means the audio node is temporarily unavailable. Try /disconnect then /play again. If the issue persists, the public audio server may be under load — wait 30 seconds and retry. Join the support server if it keeps happening.

Can two people control the music at the same time?

Yes by default. Server admins can enable DJ-only mode using /dj-toggle and assign a DJ role via /gsettings set-dj — after that only members with the DJ role can use playback commands.
