Noxa brings moderation, support tickets, verification and automation into one dashboard that feels like proper software, not a list of bot commands. Hosted on a server in Germany, with a data processing agreement, real retention periods, and encrypted ticket content.

Multiple panels with their own categories. Your team claims, tags and closes tickets straight from the dashboard — messages flow both ways between Discord and the browser. Ticket groups make sure Billing only sees Billing and Support only sees Support. When a ticket closes, the opener automatically receives a transcript by DM.

Warn, timeout, kick, ban — optionally temporary, optionally with a DM explaining why. Every action lands in a searchable case history. AutoMod filters spam, invite links, banned words and excessive caps, each with its own threshold and its own action.

Discord no longer delivers messages to banned members, so most bots simply leave them stranded. With Noxa they file an appeal through a web page with Discord login, and your team holds a real conversation with them there. On approval, they automatically get a single-use invite back.
