What does PitBot do?

Runs your sim-racing league inside Discord — log a race once and standings recalculate, results post automatically, drivers check in with a tap, and your leaderboard, schedule and stats stay updated. Admins use a web panel; drivers just use Discord.

How do I set it up / activate it?

Go to pitbot.gg, pick a plan, and add PitBot to your server. Setup takes a few minutes and we help wire up your series, scoring and channels. The bot stays inactive until your league is activated.

How much does it cost?

Which games/sims does it work with?

Any of them. PitBot is built around how leagues run — results, stages, points, standings — not a specific title, so it works for NASCAR, iRacing, ACC, F1 and more. You log results; it handles the scoring.

What scoring systems can I use?

Flexible, per-series scoring: NASCAR-style stages, F1, IndyCar, sprint + feature, endurance with a double-points finale, or build your own. Each series can run a different system.

Can I run more than one series?

Yes — run Cup, Trucks, Xfinity, IROC and more, each with its own scoring, schedule, channels and rulebook. Your plan tier sets how many series and drivers you can run.

Do my drivers have to learn commands?

No. Admins run everything from the web panel, and drivers just tap a button to check in. There’s no command list to memorize — PitBot does the posting.

What does PitBot actually post to my server?

Auto-posted results and live standings, weekly check-in polls (with an optional grid cap + waitlist), schedule reminders, per-series rulebooks, season stats, champion announcements, and shareable image graphics.

Do I have to host anything or manage a bot token?

No — PitBox is fully hosted and managed. Nothing to install, no server to rent, no token to babysit. We run it and keep it updated; your league just races.

I added the bot but nothing's happening — why?

PitBot activates once your league is set up with a subscription. If you added it but haven’t signed up yet, head to pitbot.gg to activate — then your standings, results and check-ins start flowing automatically.
