How do I apply sound effect filters?

All you need to do is p!filter [filter]. You can use p!filters to view all the filters.

How do I view all the commands

Simple! Just run p!help, or p!help [command]]

Why does the bot go down sometimes, if ever?

This is usually because if there’s internet issues or planned maintenance.

Why does the audio lag?

This is usually not an issue on the bot’s end, but more towards the user/server. First of all, make sure you’re not using a VPN. Also, check your server/VC region. US-West would be best for the bot. This issue may also be because of your internet connection.
