This public support. Is NOT a ticket bot but better. This bot is designed for the community.
Instead of just having staff that respond to tickets. Which makes the response time a bit higher than what you would like for your epic server. This bot keeps up to 10 channels for your community to ask questions… Then after a set amount of hours without any response. It closes and anyone that has permissions to view channels will be able to help and give their opinion on a response.

Sets the empty category for the support channels

Sets the using category for the support channels
/add_time_for_support_channel
Sets the hours for the support channel timeout

Sends you a link to invite the bot
