An all-in-one League of Legends Tournament manager.

Back to Ricky-DTB

This tournament manager provides the needed integrations to host your own League of Legends tournament. Currently only supporting a Round Robin tournament type with many others to come. Channel management, code generation, and tournament standing management all in one.

The following commands are supported (all prefixed with ‘ricky-dtb’):

  • /create tournament - creates a tournament

  • /create team - creates a team in a given tournament

  • /update tournament - updates optional attributes of a tournament.

  • /update team - updates the name or participants in a team

  • /delete tournament - deletes a tournament and all associated channels or categories.

  • /delete team - deletes a team from the tournament.

Example command:

  • /rickty-dtb create tournament

Each command has its own description in the discord server to aid in it’s use.

Ricky will provide a sign-up sheet upon tournament creation. The SlashCommands are expected to be used by the tournament creator while all others should use the provided buttons on the sign-up sheet. These buttons will only allow interaction with a team that the user has signed-up while the SlashCommands allow the creator of the Tournament to interact with any option in the tournament or any team currently signed-up. This restriction allows for easier organization of roles and users interacting with the tournament.

Channels are created to log any interactions from Ricky to the Tournament. Although not overly utilized in this release, these channels will allow Ricky to update the participants and viewers on the status of the tournament and other important information. Voice Channels are also created for each team private to their members.

All in all Ricky provides a very smooth and hands-off experience for each user when hosting a League of Legends Tournament.
