Use/modmail setup to enable it. You can set a /mail pingrole for staff alerts and a /mail logs channel. Members create tickets by DMing Runa and selecting your server. You can also use /mail transcript to save closed ticket histories.Can Runa timeout or ban members?
Yes. Moderators can use/kick, /ban, and /timeout (up to 4 weeks). Runa will automatically DM the user the reason for the punishment before executing the command. You can also use /purge to mass-delete up to 100 messages at once.How does the Economy and Shop work?
