Members open a ticket from a panel. The assistant answers first, from what your server already knows, and hands the ticket to your team with a short summary as soon as a person is needed. Everything is set up in a web dashboard at guildotter.com, no config commands to learn.
The assistant- Answers from your sources: knowledge base entries, Discord channels you choose, web pages and public GitHub repositories.
- Asks before it guesses: a clarifying question when a request is unclear, and a check that the problem is really solved before it closes anything.
- Hands over cleanly: when it cannot help or the member asks for a person, it pings your team with a brief of what was asked and what was tried. When someone from the team writes, it steps back.
- Learns only with your permission: after a solved ticket it can suggest a knowledge entry. Your team accepts or dismisses it.
- Answers in the member’s language and screens messages for prompt injection, abuse and self-harm.
- Panels with buttons or a dropdown, topics, and forms that ask up to five questions before a ticket opens
- Claim, transfer, add and remove members, rename, reopen, ask a senior for help
