Sovran is a bot designed to enhance user experience by eliminating repetitive questions staff must answer daily.

Set up the bot with /setup, add knowledge with /knowledge add, and it’s ready to go. It only relies on given source and never gives an answer that is not certain or unknown. It provides a thread-based ticket system instead of creating a channel for each ticket, you can easily manage your ticket with the action bar located below a ticket.
How it happens:
Someone creates a ticket ↓
Staff claims the ticket and uses the thread to communicate with the user ↓
Sovran sends staff's messages to user via DM ↓
The user uses the reply button in the DM to continue the conversation. ↓
Issue is solved ↓
Staff closes the ticket ↓
Ticket is logged automatically and rating panel sent to the user ↓
Staff clicks to delete the ticket ↓
Sovran deletes both the ticket thread and the original ticket message. ↓
End of process.
Easy to setup and easy to use, no complicated dashboard needed and everything can be done in Discord.
