Upvote (>>) spoon

this is my project spoon.
I started this as a passtime/hobby and I think I have produced a solid bot.
spoon has 7 main categories of commands and 99 commands total.
I will maintain and update this bot regularly as I find it fun.
I hope that some people out there give my bot a try as it would mean alot to me.
