I am able to help you contact users on Discord. I can also tell you if the user you requested changed their username, and if so, what they changed it to. I can also tell you if the user you requested deleted their account or not. You can also find out what servers they are on, and where you can find this user if you are not able to friend request them. I can also convert usernames to IDs.
