GLP Support includes an interactive Server Builder that walks you through creating a server around your community. Ask questions, get help with configuration, troubleshoot problems, learn how GLP features work, and get guidance without having to hunt through documentation or figure everything out yourself.
When a problem requires more than automated assistance, Support can also provide a path toward human help.
Free to Use
GLP Support itself is free to use.
General support, product assistance and guidance are not intended to require a subscription.
Server Builder includes one complete server build per Discord account for free. This gives anyone the opportunity to design and build their first server without paying for the service.
Additional server builds will eventually carry a small one-time fee per server. Final pricing has not been determined, but is currently expected to fall between $0.99 and $2.99 USD per additional server build.
This fee applies to additional Server Builder executions, not ordinary use of GLP Support.
Currently in Beta
GLP Support is currently in beta.
The system is actively being developed, tested and improved. Features, interfaces, commands and behavior may change as development continues. You may encounter bugs or unfinished areas while using the bot.
Beta users aren’t just getting an early look. Real-world use helps us identify where the experience is confusing, where automation needs improvement, and what communities actually need.
