One sentence. A working ticket system.

Write what your server is and who handles what — “We run a Minecraft server. Staff take support and bug reports; ban appeals are admins only.” SwiftTicket reads the roles and channels you already have and drafts the whole setup around them: a ticket category, one ticket type per need, the right staff on each, and a panel your members can click.

You see every part of that plan first. Change any part of it. Nothing is created in your server until you press Apply.

A member clicks a button, answers a short form if you set one, and a private channel opens with the right staff already inside. Staff claim a ticket so everyone sees who has it, escalate it a role up in one click, and close it with a reason. Quiet tickets get a reminder, then close on your schedule. Every closed ticket keeps a transcript in the dashboard long after the channel is gone.

Every message the bot sends is yours to rewrite, with variables and a live preview. The invite asks for six permissions — the six a ticket bot needs.

Pricing. All ticket features included on the free plan: 250 new tickets a month, 30 days of history after a ticket closes, one AI setup run per server. Premium is US$7.99 a month per server (US$79 a year): unlimited tickets, history kept for as long as the server is subscribed, unlimited setup runs and a revision loop where you tell the agent what to change. Export everything as JSON on any plan.
