What is TaskBoard?

TaskBoard is an all-in-one Discord productivity bot. Create and manage tasks, checklists, progress trackers, bug reports, orders, reminders and custom lists directly inside Discord.

What types of trackers are available?

TaskBoard supports 7 tracker types: To-Do Lists, Progress Trackers, Checklists, Bug Trackers, Order Trackers, Reminders and Custom Lists. Each is designed for different personal or server needs.

How do I create a tracker?

Simply use /taskboard and select Create Tracker. Choose your tracker type, enter a name and customise your settings. Use Quick Create for a simple setup or Advanced Setup for more control.

Can I use TaskBoard for personal tasks?

Yes! TaskBoard supports both personal and server trackers. Organise your own tasks and reminders privately or collaborate with members of your Discord server.

Can I customise my trackers?

Absolutely! Customise tracker names, descriptions, statuses, fields, permissions and notifications. You can also duplicate trackers and save configurations as reusable templates.

Can multiple trackers share one channel?

Yes! You can publish multiple trackers in the same Discord channel. Each tracker can have its own persistent message, making it easy to organise everything without creating extra channels.

How do progress trackers work?

Progress trackers use configurable status stages such as Not Started, In Progress, In Review and Completed. Overall progress is calculated automatically based on completed items.

Can checklists reset automatically?

Yes! Checklists support optional daily, weekly or monthly resets. Automatic resetting is disabled by default, and resets preserve your checklist items, structure and notes.

Does TaskBoard support reminders?

Yes! Create one-time or recurring reminders with DM or channel notifications. Everyone can manage personal reminders, while shared server reminders are restricted to authorised staff.

Can I control who manages trackers?

Yes! TaskBoard supports configurable permissions for managing trackers and their contents. For example, members can submit bug reports while authorised staff control statuses, assignments and settings.
