A free, no-paywall ticket and support bot for Discord communities.
Most ticket bots lock the basics behind a premium plan — panel limits, customization, and transcripts. TicketDesk gives all of that away free:
- Unlimited support panels per server, each with its own channel, title, description, color, and optional support-role override
- A full text transcript saved on every ticket close, always — plus an optional log channel for a persistent record in Discord itself
- No-claim auto-assign: the first staff reply in a ticket channel is the assignment, no extra click needed
- Priority ticket escalation and analytics available as an optional premium tier
