Tickets that fit your server. Build multi-button panels from the web
dashboard, custom categories, colours, images and descriptions per button.
Staff claim, unclaim, rename, escalate and close. Add or remove individual
users and roles from any ticket, or spin up a temporary private voice
channel with /createticketvc.
Transcripts that don’t clutter your server. Every closed ticket is
archived as a full HTML transcript and delivered to your log channel as a
hosted link or a file attachment, your choice.
Real staff accountability. Set weekly quotas per role or per user, track
progress with a Monday–Sunday view and all-time stats, and run leaderboards
for tickets claimed and ranks processed. Users can rate the staff who helped
them with /rate, and shift clock-in/out gives you actual coverage data.
Moderation built in. An anti-link filter with per-channel allowances,
role whitelists and optional GIF permissions, plus an anti-bot honeypot trap
that catches raid bots before they reach your members.
AI that’s actually useful. AI Support Deflection builds a knowledge base
from your own resolved tickets and answers repeat questions before they
become a ticket. You keep full control of that knowledge base with
/aiknowledge.
Staff applications. Set up an application form with your own questions,
post an Apply Now button, and review submissions in a dedicated channel
with automatic role assignment on acceptance.

Most ticket bots gate transcripts, staff stats or panel customisation behind
a subscription. Ticketry doesn’t gate anything. If a feature exists, your
server has it.
