Upvote Vouchly

Turn your customers' vouches into clean image cards, with leaderboards, helper profiles and anti-fake protection.

Back to Vouchly

Hey, I’m red_thz and Vouchly is my own bot.

Most vouch channels I’ve seen look the same: screenshots, random text and people writing “+rep” with nothing else, so new customers scroll right past them and don’t trust any of it. That bugged me. So I wrote Vouchly.

How it works: you post a panel in your vouch channel from the dashboard, a customer clicks it, picks who helped them, gives 1 to 5 stars and writes a few words, and a second later the vouch shows up as a card with their avatar, the stars and the review. That’s it. Want to check vouches first? Turn on approval and your team gets a queue.

A few things it does:

  • You can design the cards yourself. Upload your own PNG and drag the name, stars and text where you want them, or start from one of five designs I made.
  • /profile shows a helper’s average, how many vouches they have and where they rank in the team.
  • /leaderboard and /stats post as images, so they’re easy to share.
  • Staff can use /vouch request after an order and the customer gets a button to leave a review.
  • Fake vouches are a thing, so there’s a cooldown, a minimum account age, a blacklist, optional proof screenshots and a report button.
  • Once a helper hits 10, 25, 50 or 100 vouches the bot posts a milestone card. Every Monday you get a short recap in your log channel.
  • There’s a public page you can link in your shop or bio with your rating and latest vouches.

Every message the bot sends can be changed, in English or German. Setup happens on vouchly.website where you sign in with Discord, no commands to learn.

Commands: /help, /vouch give, /vouch request, /profile, /leaderboard, /stats, /dashboard, /invite

The bot only uses the Guilds intent. It can’t read your messages. It can’t see your member list either.

It’s still early and I read every bit of feedback, so if something’s missing come say hi in the support server.
