Somebody in your server owns the word bro. Every time you say it, they get paid.

Wordlord turns your server’s chat into a property market. Be the first to say a word and it’s yours to claim. After that, whenever anyone else uses it, you collect rent in play coins. No spam and no setup. Just talk like you always do.

• 🔍 Find words. Say a new word first and it’s reserved for you for 24 hours.
• 🏠 Claim and set your price. You pay a little tax every day, so price it well.
• 💰 Collect rent whenever other people say your words. /collect empties your rent box.
• ⚔️ Hostile takeovers. Anyone can buy your word out from under you by paying your price plus 15%.
• 🔨 The Gavel. A live 10-minute auction for a prime word every evening.
• 📜 Lost Deeds. Three hidden words a day, with riddle hints. Work one into chat first and you win it.
• 🛣️ Streets. Own a whole themed street (Chai Street, Monsoon Lane…) for a tax discount.
• 🗓️ Seasons. Deeds reset every 6 weeks, and the season’s top landlords go into the hall of fame.

Typos and stretched words still count. heeelllooo pays rent on hello, and becuase pays on because. Wordlord also knows Hinglish: yaar, bhai and scene are all property.

• Posts at most 3 times a day, in the channel you pick.
• Never stores your messages. It counts words in memory and forgets the text.
• Coins are play money. They can never be bought, sold or cashed out.

1. Add Wordlord and run /setup channel in your main chat.
2. Everyone types /join.
3. Talk. Say things first. Collect rent.
