This bot is for youtubers who do not want to publish videos in crappy AVC codec quality. Since processing (encoding with VP9 or AV1) can easily take multiple hours (depending on the video’s duration and the size of your channel), it is quite convenient to let the bot check when it’s done and get notified via discord, rather than checking your video yourself again and again ;)
In any channel where the bot is present, just write the bot’s name or mention it, and it will contact you via direct message. Then paste your newly-uploaded video’s URL, and the bot will start checking it. Once it finds that it’s available in high quality, it will send you another direct message. If it encounters an error, it will also let you know.
The bot never writes anything into a channel, it only communicates via direct message. So don’t worry that your video URL will be leaked before it’s ready in high quality.
