Known as Genestella, these humans were born with previously-impossible physical abilities.ยป
ยซ After Invertia, humanity began rebuilding. From this came three political superpowers. The Integrated Enterprise Foundation built an artificial island in a sizable crater lake in Kyoto, Japan. This island was named Rikka. Six schools were built on this island to educate the Genestella. ยป
