Ataraxia is a supportive, public community Discord server that focuses on mental health. We offer a safe and encouraging community of volunteers who are available to help with your mental health journey. We also host events and discussions related to mental health, as well as facilitate activities to help people nurture their wellbeing.
Our server is open to anyone who needs advice, help, or just a place to talk without judgement. We hope to create a sense of community and understanding, whether you are struggling with your mental health or just want to lend an ear.
