Chatting, joining squads, and posting clips all earn XP. Climb through 8 ranks, from Recruit to Regimental Sergeant Major, with promotions announced automatically and a public leaderboard.

🎖️ Commendations that mean something

Rank shows you’re active. Commendations show people want you in their squad. Teammates commend players who carry, revive, or teach, with limits in place to prevent trading. Earn the Bronze Ribbon, Silver, Gold, and the Regiment Cross.
