Two sides, one home.
LavaBot HQ is the official server for LavaBot. It works as two things at the same time. One side is for support, the other is for community. You can use whichever side you need, whenever you need it.
🛠️ The support sideThis is where you go when you need help with the bot. If something isn’t working, you can report it here. If you’re setting LavaBot up for the first time, there are channels to guide you through it. If you have a question about premium or about how a specific feature works, you can ask and get an answer.
There’s also a place for feature requests. If there’s something you’d like LavaBot to do, you can suggest it, and the team reads every suggestion. A lot of what the bot does today started as a request from someone in this server.
Bug reports, setup help, premium questions, and feature ideas all have their own channels, so things stay organized and easy to find.
🔥 The community sideThe other side of the server is for the community. You can level up by chatting, take part in giveaways, and vote in the daily mood check. There are channels for sharing your server setup, talking about Discord in general, and just hanging out.
Most of the people here run their own servers, so it’s a good place to talk with others who deal with the same things you do. You can ask for advice, share what’s working for you, or just be part of the conversation.
Getting startedYou don’t have to pick one side over the other. Most people use both, coming for help when they need it and staying for the community the rest of the time.
