Our goal is to provide support, advice and guidance to all members of our server. We recognize everyone is unique and have different struggles, but we aim to be a safe and encouraging place for everyone! We provide many public channels that everyone can access, as well as private channels where members can get the help they need in a more private setting.
We also have daily check-ins where members can report their wins and struggles and have access to a variety of resources to help them achieve their goals. As a friendly reminder, we also provide occasional motivational content to help keep everyone engaged and working towards change.
