You can use these items to attack any player and loot his/her bag and cash after killing. Every action gives you some exp also. When these exp cross a fixed level you get one profile point. You may use this profile point to upgrade other points like you can increase power of your weapons or upgrade economy or may be increase other things like learning etc. Every point gives benefits in different manner.
