Vent Bistro is a public, community discord server dedicated to helping troubled youth reach a deeper understanding of their mental health. Our resources are all provided by community members and mentors who have dedicated their time and energy to curate a safe, encouraging and understanding Discord space. We believe that talking and expressing struggles, concerns and issues is the only way to not only vent, gain clarity and understand oneself better but also to be heard, validated, and supported. Our experienced moderators and staff members are there to provide guidance and advice, but our real focus is on facilitating meaningful conversations between peers and helping out members find a comfortable, secure and understanding listening ear. We want to support a safe and stimulating environment to explore mental health and achieve a deeper understanding. Join us today!
