Welcome to Irewald, a school for all sorts of magical creatures to learn all sorts of different things. Irewald is located on neutral ground on an island to the west of Fulgstrom. Neutral ground is an interesting phenomenon in the World of Irewald. Neutral ground is any land that is unclaimed by a government or nation. The only laws that apply on neutral ground are those agreed upon by all nations included in the 13 Nations United Treaty of 1822 CE (Common Era). These nations being: Vitalia, Mortius, Lunalia, the Nymph Kingdoms Collective, Fulgstrom, Draconis, Sensuran, Glacieora, Ardecrale, Cruoris, Tempukinoc, Amoveon, and the Mer Pods Collective. Since each nation has unique laws and rules, practically no laws apply to neutral grounds. That being said, Irewald does have school rules that one can be punished for breaking, but with the lack of laws, the worst punishment one could get is detention or suspension. This creates quite an unsafe environment as murders and similar acts one would generally consider crimes, often go unpunished altogether.
