0099 is a fast, no-nonsense media bot for Discord. Caption your GIFs, images and videos meme-style, turn clips
into GIFs, animate still pictures, pull up avatars, and deal yourself a hand of blackjack — all without leaving chat.
Every command works two ways: as a modern slash command and as a classic . prefix command. Attach a
file, paste a link, or just reply to any message that already has media — 0099 figures out the rest.
- Meme captions — add a clean caption bar to a GIF, image, or video. Drop a Giphy/Tenor/direct link, upload a
file, or reply to media. - Animate stills — one click turns a static image into a smooth fade-in GIF (or use
animate:true). - Video → GIF — convert the first 7 seconds of any clip into a shareable GIF.
- Avatars — view any user’s avatar in full size, switch between server and global versions, or compare
two users side by side with a swap button. - Blackjack — play a full game against the dealer: hit, stand, double down, split, and a Play Again button.
- Smart media detection — reads file signatures, follows page URLs, and finds the media so you don’t have to hunt
for a direct link.
