The LuckyCharmGold Services Bot is the Discord side of our Services Security Plugin, the system that lets OSRS players order services without ever handing their login details to a worker. It runs inside the LuckyCharmGold Discord and is used by every customer who orders a service from luckycharmgold.com.
What it doesWhen you order an OSRS service, the bot collects your account details (email, password, bank PIN) through a private form, encrypts them and stores them on a secured server. The assigned worker logs into your account through our custom RuneLite plugin, which authenticates with that server directly. The worker never sees your email or password at any point, and the plugin hides the login email in the client too.
From then on, the bot is your window into the job: it posts progress updates in your ticket, and it gives you commands to check on the worker or shut the job down whenever you want.

The plugin disconnects them and they cannot log back in until you allow it.
Most OSRS service providers ask you to send your password in a DM and hope for the best. With this bot, your credentials are encrypted, the worker is locked to our plugin, every worker has a security deposit on file and logs in from a VPN in your country, and you can verify or cut off access at any moment.
