This is a Discord Ban Royale bot, watch this video for an example of Ban Royale ( the video is not using this bot.)
It is recommended to make a new server for your Ban Royale events.

As soon as I am in your server, users can ban each other, so lock the channel for users so they cannot send messages until you are ready to start.

Give higher permissions to users who you want to make unbannable. (This includes bots.)

The ban command itself: !ban <@target user>

To unban all members, use br!unban, this will automatically unban everyone who has been banned, this speeds up playing again.
