CareBot is a fun and easy-to-use tool for people struggling with everyday problems or mental disorders. Though it’s main purpose is to provide mental health resources, there are also some extra features that add an element of fun to the bot.
How to find and use commands:
To find the command list, please type and send ~help to view a list of all the commands and their descriptions. Note: CareBot’s prefix is ~.

~boxbreathe - Generates a box breathing help GIF
~breathe - Generates a breathing help GIF
~anxiety - Generates a list of resources for panic/anxiety attacks
~hotlines - Generates a list of hotlines and resources
~genderdys - Generates a list of gender dysphoria resources
~bodydys - Generates a list of body dysmorphia resources
~depression - Generates a list of depression resources
~eatingdis - Generates a list of eating disorder resources
~COVID - Generates a list of COVID-19 resources
Fun:
~popper - Generates a fun popper
~gif <word> - Searches for GIFS based on a word of the user’s choice
~hug - Hugs the user
~headpat - Gives the user headpats
~cuddle - Gives the user cuddles
Bot:
~invite - Generates invite links for bot and support server
~about - Tells a user what this bot is about
~disclaimer - Generates the disclaimer message
~suggestions - Allows the user to make suggestions for the bot
Note:
CareBot is still under development, and may not have many features at the moment. However, I am working to add new commands and options for users to seek more mental help resources or just have fun. To suggest features, use the ~suggestions command and fill out the google form attached. With that said, I hope you enjoy CareBot!
